Employee Assistance Program

Sometimes trying to balance work and your personal responsibilities creates issues that are hard to handle on your own. During these times, you just need help with the logistics of a busy life. Or maybe all you need is a trustworthy referral.

Whatever issue you might face—job, stress, family life, childcare, school issues pet care—the employee assistance program (EAP) offers free, confidential assistance at no cost to you.

EAP Eligibility and Services

You, your family members and anyone living in your household can take advantage of the EAP. Just call the toll-free phone number to speak to a counselor or set up a face-to-face assessment. Coverage includes up to five sessions per person, per incident, each year.

Additional EAP services include support for:

  • Relationships: Going through a divorce, caring for an elderly family member, returning to work after having a baby
  • Work: Job relocation, building relationships with co-workers and managers, navigating through reorganization
  • Finances: Budgeting, financial guidance, retirement planning, buying or selling a home, tax issues
  • Legal Services: Issues relating to civil, personal and family law, financial matters, real estate and estate planning
  • Identity Theft: ID theft prevention tips, recovery help from a financial counselor if you are victimized
  • Emotional Wellness: Coping with anxiety or depression, getting the proper amount of sleep, how to kick a bad habit like smoking
  • Everyday Life: Moving and adjusting to a new community, grieving over the loss of a loved one, military family matters, training a new pet
